or a fourth consecutive year European University Cyprus has been ranked among the world’s top 201+ universities in the 2023 Times Higher Education Impact Rankings in the areas of Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure.
Times Higher Education Impact Rankings assesses universities on an annual basis in a range of categories that align with the Sustainable Development Goals set up by the UN until 2030. Given that a commitment to sustainability is essential for the world’s higher education institutions the rankings highlight the work universities do for society at all levels – on campus, in their local environment and beyond.
European University Cyprus has consistently excelled in Innovation, Industry and Infrastructure for its performance on research in innovation, its societal contribution on industry and infrastructure, and the development of spin-off companies.
European University Cyprus is part of Galileo Global Education, Europe’s largest education group with a network of 42 institutions around the world. The University operates the most advanced School of Medicine in the eastern Mediterranean region and boasts a comprehensive selection of studies in the fields of Medicine, Dentistry and Health Sciences. In 2022 European University Cyprus opened a branch of its School of Medicine in Frankfurt, Germany, which has been fully accredited by the World Federation of Medical Education (WFME).
